Summer 2010 General Meeting

The Society will hold its annual summer meeting at Summerfest in Austin on 7 August 2010. The general meeting will start at 1300 hours followed by a board meeting. All meetings are open to the general public. For more information, please see http://www.austinsummerfest.com

 

HamCom Forum & Board Meeting

The Society will hold an open forum at HamCom in Plano, TX on Saturday, June 12th, 2010 at 1100 in the Shady Grove room at the Plano Centre. The Society will hold a board meeting following the forum which is open to the public.

Nominations for the TX VHF-FM Society Board of Directors

Online Nominations for Society Directors will start on May 1, 2010


Online nominations for Society directors will start on May 1, 2010 and end at 12:01 AM on Friday, August 7, 2010.

Nominations will also be accepted at the Society’s summer meeting.


Nominations are to be sent by email to the Society’s secretary.

Those emails need to contain a short biography of about 300 words and a photo. 

You can self nominate or nominate another Society member.  

Those biographies and photos will be posted online by the Society’s secretary on the Society’s web site.


Online voting will start at 12:01 AM on June 15, 2010 and will end on August 7, 2010,

one hour before the start of the Society's summer meeting.


Paper voting will be at the Society's summer general meeting.
